Our space has the ability to transform your vision into reality! Booking our space comes complete with WiFi capability and use of our sound system which has Bluetooth compatibility for ease of use.

Party Rental Guidelines

1.   Rental time includes set up and breakdown time.  Overtime will be deducted from the deposit.  

2.   A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure an event date.

3.   Event balance must be paid in full 2 weeks prior to your event.

4.   Events booked within 3 weeks of the event date must be paid in full.   

5.   A $100 deposit is added to all party rental rates to cover damage, cleaning, and overtime.   This is refundable upon satisfactory post event inspection.   (Overtime  $40 every 30 minutes)

Studio Rental Rates​

 

Solo/Duet/Trio Rehearsals - $25/hour

 

Small Group Rehearsals -  $35/hour

Group Sessions​:

10 or more people -  $45 / hour

​

Private Parties  -  $75 / hour
